For this film we have chosen for a low-polygon graphical look. The character designs as we pitched them basicly remained unaltered for the film.
The concept for the styling of the main character was inspired by the look of our shadow in the califorian sun. The deformed proportions look somewhat cartoon-esque, with a tiny head on this stretched body and those big hands. Which we think works [...]

Pivot is a short animationfilm produced for the KORT! 2009 project.
Synopsis: When a man is witness to a murder and takes pictures of the killer, he has to run for his life. During the chase he is able to turn the tables and the prey becomes the hunter. All resulting in an unfortunate ending.
